Currently Innoventures is staffed by two partners with complementary experience and skills. John Cunningham was a former technology transfer manager at the University of Michigan. His back ground includes enabling several startup companies to launch from research projects at the University of Michigan. Mr. Cunningham has an MBA and a Masters of Science in Natural Resources.

Andy Lim comes to the firm with an computer science background and 20 years of experience working with both startup and Fortune 500 companies developing and building mission critical systems. He has gained operational experience from being a partner at startup consulting firm NetSource Partners. Andy obtained his business and product development experience from his work at AT&T Bell Laboratories in moving leading edge technologies into new commercial enterprises. Mr. Lim has worked with venture capital firms to perform technology due diligence on new startup companies.
